NOTETAKING I know this seems unexciting and you may think its not worth it, but it is, so do it! You need to write down all your ideas on a notepad and then sleep on it for a few days and reassess them. If you are like me, you may forget your ideas the next day, so do yourself a favour and write them down!

BRAINSTORM/MINDMAPS A useful tool to think of new ideas is a mindmap. Basically think of a key word and write it on the middle of a page. Then write down the first 5 thing that come to mind when thinking of that word. Then do the same for those 5 words you just thought of. You can come up with many ideas this way and you'll be surprised in how many great niches you come up with that have been barely tapped into!

OBSERVE OTHERS Copying is copying but observing is smart! I'll keep this one nice and short but basically observe other popular websites and see how you can implement their ideas into your business, but add a unique twist! This is an easy way to come up with completely original ideas too.
