Building a Strong E-mail Marketing Material

With the growing consciousness of people with spam e-mail plus the unprecedented growth in the production of spam blocking programs, many e-mail marketers find it difficult to come up with an essentially powerful e-mail marketing material that can pass thru the spam box of the prospective clients. This becomes more difficult when clients are the ones consciously blocking the e-mail coming from possible advertisers. I have included some helpful tips below in building a strong marketing e-mail material.
To build a strong marketing e-mail material, you have to refrain from using the word advertisement on the subject line. This word is becomingly notorious as a spam word. To avoid for the e-mail material to be dumped on the spam folder, might as well refrain from using this.
In creating e-mail, you also to refrain from using or incorporating the word free on it. Again, this is considered a spam related word.
Make a clear structure of the e-mail marketing material. By this, it means that your e-mail should not include any graphics or animated stuff embedded as this results to slowness in downloading the e-mail on the end of the recipient.
Make an e-mail that is professional looking. Avoid the usage of any chat informal text writings or unnecessary smileys on the e-mail.
Always make a reminder on the e-mail that the e-mail was sent because they have subscribed to receive updates from your company and/or a referral was made to the company. You should also provide some a link where they can choose to opt out from receiving any more e-mail from your company.
